Dear Alice,

I just stumbled into your web site and think it's great. I did get quite a chuckle scanning the article titled: DIFFERENT NUTRIENT AND ENERGY REQUIREMENTS FOR ENDURANCE AND RESISTANCE ATHLETES. It refers to the popular terms for exhaustion related to glycogen depletion as "boinking" or "hitting the wall." As a marathon runner, the term I am familiar with is "bonking." If you are not aware of the definition of "boinking," call Howard Stern.
